I am the supervisor of second shift, I direct all staff members where to work during daily shift meeting. Before we begin, I lead the team on a physical stretching workout to help prevent work related injuries. Before I get started with the team, I meet with upper management indirectly, and directly disgusting my game plan on how the shift will operate. I direct the team members on what position they will work, depending on workload and orders to receive it into inventory. There are five departments that I oversee, which are the cooler for cold products, freezer for frozen products, a snack line for snacks, and a beverage line for drinks. I oversee all training, and my leads assist me by having hands on with the training of staff and developing of operations of business. Their two assembly lines, both for picking products, and packing them into totes, to simplify the delivery process. Management and I, partake in interviewing for new hires. The Sorter sorts the packages by zip code to designated belts pertaining to that particular zip code.
