Duties:

Duties:
Quality control and specification testing on all the company’s products and raw material Making of product samples for sales purposes as a clear indication of product outcome. Training on correct product use and installation so users know how to apply the products correctly.
Maintain laboratory and weighing equipment, including scales in the factory, to calibrated and good working order.
Apply good laboratory practises. Keep regular stock levels of laboratory inventory. Maintain quarantine stock.
Maintain retention samples of all quality products for up to 3 months. Maintain good record keeping of laboratory records including non-conformances (internal and external), COA for raw material, safety data sheets, product/raw material changes and developments.
Implement and maintain laboratory procedures including test procedures for each product/raw materials (as applicable), calibrating of scales and equipment, quarantine control, non-conformance, quality control procedure (including sampling, first and final QC methodology).
Participate in monthly stock takes to ensure redundant stock is removed to quarantine. Ensure constant communication with front sales regarding sample availability and product related enquires requiring laboratory assistance.
