• Reduced workman’s compensation incidents by 50%.

Relocated to Jamaica to spearhead the HR administration for these two properties. Directly led the Montego Bay team and the Human Resources Director in St. Thomas, instantly assimilating to the cultures and laws of these two destinations. Served as a strategic adviser for the St. Thomas property restructuring workforce planning with business realignment.

• Led the HR due diligence activities transitioning the property acquisition and rebranding it as a Hilton brand.

• Spearheaded a six (6) month employment retention program, partnering with the US Embassy and two sister properties in Florida to provide H2B visas for 80 associates while the resort was closed for renovations.

• Championed the Hilton brand standards training for over 1000 associates.

• Created an Expatriate Hiring program and all procedures to hire top talent from the United States, Canada, and England.
