I had to manage inventory levels and payroll cost to insure the store reached is maximum profitability. In addition, I was “Safety Team” captain, Merchandising “Team Captain” for lumber and building material products for the Mid-South division, which included bringing new suppliers and product lines to store locations based on demand. I opened four new store locations and relocated the original Home Depot location.
