Over 5 years of working experience as a Welder/Boilermaker in the following companies: African mining Services Limited (AMS), Goldfields Ghana Limited, William cyclone and fabricating ENT.
SKILLED IN: Numerical calculations, welding operations using SMAW//MIG/TIG/FCAW, 6G X-ray welding, casting and foundry practice, molding and Its practices, interpret blueprints for fabrication, assembling and installation. Calculating And preparing estimates.
Cutting Operations
• Air-arc cutting (gouging) – I use for both ferrous and nonferrous materials mostly for nonferrous types, like: refractory, cast iron, stainless steel.
• Plasma cutting – I use for both ferrous and nonferrous materials, mainly for nonferrous types.
• Oxy-Acetylene gas cutting – is used for ferrous metals only.
• Oxy-Acetylene gas welding – I use for light materials such as 1mm thick plate or pipe. Oxy-Acetylene Gas pre-heating is used to release internal stresses such as hot crack and post-heating.
