Duties Include disconnect the existing components (keyboard, mouse, etc.), tag and remove the existing system, document and place the new thin client unit in place, configure the network settings, and test the network settings to make sure the thin client can get onto the county network and their applications. The “support” phase required instructing the Los Angeles County DCFS users on the usage of their new system and help resolve any issues they experience after they’ve been migrated to the new hardware.
