Mortgage Loan Processor:

Assist Loan Officers and their clients in gathering the necessary information and documentation for underwriting. Review clients loan documentation including but not limited to: Paystubs, W-2's, Verifications (including employment and rent) Tax Returns and Bank Statements. Review Purchase Agreements, Appraisals, Title work, Homeowner’s Insurance and other documentation once received. Continual contact with clients from loan application through closing process and answer any questions they may have. Dedicated to give the clients the best possible experience in what could be a very trying and lengthy process in buying or refinancing their home.
