To whom it may concern,

It is my pleasure to provide this letter of recommendation for Brad Lavigne as he seeks employment in Safety. Brad served as my counterpart, providing safety consulting for Amazon in support of the LGA9 Pod Transfer project, of which I was the Area Manager. He also provided safety consulting on the Amazon Pod Transfer project at SAT2 in San Marcos, Texas. I have worked with Brad closely over the past 6 weeks and feel that he is a strong candidate for Amazon’s Safety organization.

Over the course of the past 6 weeks, Brad has shown an excitement and interest in Amazon safety. As a candidate, Brad is vastly experienced and has various qualifications. He has been in the safety industry since 2002, mostly in construction and other areas which require manual labor and the use of heavy machinery. Brad holds certifications such as OSHA 10 and 30, COSS (Certified Occupational Safety Specialist), and is also a Louisiana State Board of Examiners Certified Emergency Medical Responder. Other highlights of Brad’s past experience include training other employees for forklifts and manlifts, and developing safety plans for various job scopes.

In regards to leadership abilities, I also feel that Brad excels. Throughout my time working with him, he has consistently displayed a willingness to contribute whatever is required for the team - whether it be his core duties of monitoring and enforcing safety standards and policies, or providing operational support for the team when needed. Brad is always looking to learn, is willing to commit to what is best for the team, and strives to deliver results. In my opinion, Brad is a strong candidate in the context Safety. Please feel free to contact me at ad1dd4@r.postjobfree.com or 215-***-**** with any questions or concerns.

Respectfully,

Joel Lott 11/10/2017

Project Manager

National Property Solutions Group

Brad Lavigne with Smart Safety Gulf South was on my site as a Safety Specialist at SAT-2 San Marcos, Texas Amazon Fulfillment Center. His responsibilities were to observe and audit the job. He also did New Hire Orientation, Forklift Training, and Fall Protection Training. Brad stepped up and had no problem helping with items outside of his scope of work, and helped to improve production with his leadership skills and jumping in when needed. He is very knowledgeable, and experienced in the construction industry. His knowledge of Safety and Leadership Management is by far amazing. I highly recommend Brad for any Safety or Construction Supervisor type positions.

Please feel free to contact me in reference to my Letter of Recommendation for Brad Lavigne.

Respectfully,

Joel Lott
