Perform preventative maintenance and repair to air conditioners, heaters, chillers, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial properties.

Diagnose, repair, replace compressors, condenser motors, pumps, evaporator motors, metering devices, humidity and temperature controls, control panels, fans, switches, gauges, ducts, fuses, filters, tubing, and related components.

Troubleshoot and diagnose controls such as supply and return sensors, solenoid valves, flow switches, thermostats, humidifier controls, relays, contactors, capacitors, etc.

Promptly respond to service calls to check for leaks, clean and change filters, check air compressors, clean and drain heat pumps and air conditioning units, installed ductwork for projects and commercial jobs.

Communicate with warranty companies on behalf of the customers.

Implement a preventive maintenance program that allows for routine inspections of all HVAC equipment in residential homes and commercial buildings.

Estimate, order, pick up, deliver, and install materials and supplies needed to maintain equipment in good working condition.

Reassemble units after repairs, making adjustments, cleaning and lubricating parts as needed.

Provide estimates, order, pick up, deliver, and install materials and supplies needed to install or repair equipment in good working condition.

Educate customers regarding their new heating system or air-conditioning system that was installed.
