AUTOMATIC FABRIC DEFECT DETECTION SYSTEM
The main objective of this project is to automatically detect defects in fabric in the textile industry. It is capable of detecting the defects in the cloths using a LabVIEW based vision system and also marking the defected area by an electrical piston rod using a PLC. Using Image processing operation, the defect is identified through a webcam.
AUTOMATED SCREW JACK
The main objective of this project is to ease human work in automobile service stations. The major components are screw jack, D.C motor, gear arrangements. The screw jack can be lifted by the D.C motor coupled with gear arrangements. Based on the rotation of the motor lifting direction can vary. ANTI-THEFT VEHICLE PROTECTION SYSTEM
The main objective of this project is to avoid vehicle theft in non-luxurious cars. Major components in this project are RFID card, Solenoid valve, Double acting cylinders and locking plate are the. The movement of the vehicle is arrested by locking the gear lever and the theft can be avoided. To lock the gear lever those components are used.
