Grange Station Leader

satisfaction and comments throughout the entire Village Center Freshman community.
* Responsible for all allergen labeling (A9).
* Ongoing daily temperature documentation using Surecheck.
* Responsible for adhering to and maintaining all food safety SOP’s.
* Communicating necessary ingredients and amounts for ordering manager.

Village Express (2016-2017)
* Served 2,000 Nightly.
* Learned a new grab and go concept. Adapting to changes on the fly.
* Having limited space and equipment to use, learning to accommodate with co-workers.
* Made sure we were following the SOP’s for labeling for takeout items.
