Machine Shop with critical inspection. All precision inspection is to critical tolerances provided

from Drawings and CAD Models. I work in close communication with Project Managers and

Engineers to ensure we all are striving for greatness and reach our goals together. Tools used:

At Ace Clearwater I started my career in Aerospace. I first was a Hydroform Press Operator

then moved on to trimming parts with a 5-Axis Laser Cutter, 5-Axis & 3-Axis Waterjet. I then

became lead of the Compton Facility where I received my introduction to Inspection. I

performed our 1stpc and In-Process Inspection on machined and sheet metal formed parts

using basic hand tools and procedures ( I.E. Height, Radius, Thickness Gages and Practicing

Visual and Cleanliness Standards)
