I am honored to have the opportunity to write a letter of recommendation for Adam Shea. As a fellow colleague at Rogue Creamery, I have had the pleasure of witnessing firsthand his exceptional work ethic and dedication to his role.

Adam consistently demonstrated his dependability and intelligence, going above and beyond to identify and creatively solve problems for the benefit of the entire business. He entered his role with little direct experience in our industry, but quickly set himself to the task of building his knowledge. It did not take long for Adam to establish strong, flourishing relationships with customers. Adam is driven, genuine, and an authentic individual who always maintains a can-do attitude. He demonstrated this during a time when he took a product that had abysmal sales performance and turned it around. The product was reduced to having the reputation of an “impossible sell”. Based on previous sales, the calculated length of time we would eventually sell all the product was several years. Adam not only placed the product with a customer he also committed the customer to a purchase forecast that will eventually lead us to selling all the product in less than a year.

As a great communicator and charismatic individual, Adam quickly established himself as an accomplished salesman. He is adept at subtle upsells and talented at applying his own enthusiasm for our products to build interest from potential buyers. He established and cultivated longstanding relationships with customers.

Adam has a strong moral compass and lives by a “do the right thing” attitude. He maintains a high moral expectation of himself and others, while also believing that individuals must communicate about problems and challenges for things to change. He is consistent in his support of his team and his friends, but without enabling them.
