-Perform clinical assessments, examinations and evaluations on patients presenting to the facility for outpatient psychiatric evaluation and treatment.

-This involves collecting history of present Illness, past psychiatric history, family psychiatric history, medical history, mental exam, social history and in order to integrate mental health treatment needs of the patient with existing mental health conditions and concomitant treatments.
