Rejoined Weatherford as Plant Manager to lead turnaround for Screens Manufacturing: Full P&L responsibility. Provided leadership for improved financial and operating performance. Improved O/U recovery YoY $3.4m on $25m shipments (COGS). Increased shipments 15% and improved OTD (95%) while reducing inventory and increasing turns (from < 1 in Q1 to 11.4 in Q4). Implemented Standard Cost – replacing average actual cost system. Implemented Oracle JDE (v 9.1). Implemented Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboards to empower data driven decisions. Processes include (2) continuous flow assembly lines with CNC Machining and continuous wire bonding (resistance welds). ASME certified welding (MIG & TIG). PLC controlled Photometric CMM and Post Weld Heat Treatment.
