HR Operations - Roles and Responsibilities

•Working with the Leadership Team for standardization & process improvements related to JIRA, Elvis, Cornerstone and Develop you, campaigns, project closures and other SOPs. Also, responsible to plan strategic changes and implement them while managing bottlenecks during transition.
