1. Received and screened communications to the Executive Office including incoming mail, telephone calls and email messages, and assisted using independent judgment to determine those requiring priority address.

2. Researched, organized and maintained various administrative, reference and follow-up files.

3. Typed drafts, brief instructions, or recorded materials and reviewed the materials for accuracy, format and appropriate grammar.

4. Organized meetings and conferences; made room arrangements, prepared the required material, took meeting minutes and ensured that the same are circulated to appropriate personnel for execution.
