JOB PROFILE:

Project: Vodafone Hutchison Australia (RAN L0 support) Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operation and readiness confirmation acceptance done for Vodafone Hutchison Australia

(VHA).

Deployment and Acceptance:

• Remote acceptance was provided for newly installed equipment’s through NMS

(Network Management system) and remote access servers.

• Coordinating with Field Tech & Transmission Engineer (TIC) by remotely to complete E2E process of activity completion. Providing advises for clearing alarms in newly installed equipment’s.

• Maintaining site take over and hand over documents after completing the planned activity.

• Hand on knowledge in Huawei Equipment’s. Complete node testing was done for all newly installed equipment’s in VHA.

• Outage coordination for the site tech caused during the time of activity. And all outage should be restored within desired planned outage time.

• Monitoring the performance of 2G and 3G networks and analyse all RAN related reports for improving the network KPI. It includes generation of various reports and monitoring the call concentration on each and every Network element. Ensuring KPIs like Site availability, accessibility and Drop calls.

• Remote Acceptance Test (AT) was carried from oversee though OSS network.

• Complete test was done remotely and also with support of field tech before tacking the node to VHA control. Overall owner for project implementation in VHA.

• Alarm monitoring (for GSM, WCDMA, LTE) and outage reporting for VHA is carried out.

• Having good knowledge in U2000 server tool for BTS.

• Performing first level fault diagnosis and rectification on all networks.

• Raising Trouble Tickets(Incident ticket) for all network issues and updating tickets to do complete follow up to the relevant department for further course of action.

• We are the responsible persons to review the new sites with corresponding documents of all technology and handover the sites to customer. Telecom Related Equipment Knowledge
