I booked vacations for airline employees that were entitled to our discounts. I processed all I.D. information submitted by the customers. The purpose was to check to make sure that the customer was an airline employee. I mailed out all boarding passes
I handled all bookings for our agents that worked outside the Austin area.
I answered all incoming telephone calls when the wait time was too long.
