Maintain payroll for upward of 150 employees in an Excel sheet. Maintain all PO for the Company as needed for Project Managers. Reconcile the monthly Credit Cards for all upper Management. -Help Project Managers make sure they are getting all their LPO's and NLI's Inputted into the LPS system and make sure they are closed out in a timely manner.

-Order any items needed that pertains to LPS.

-Handle all Loss's and what paperwork it may entail.

-Help handle in the development of Craft Certifications for Reduction.

-Work with Location Manager and Operation Manager closely for Stewardship meetings. Gather all information and reports for the meetings.

-Ensure that all employees receive their Monthly expense statements.

-Backup for all travel for the employees.

-Backup HR on per diem and Training.

-Backup for Credit apps.

-Pull and email any invoices that may be needed for aging. Receptionist
