-Carry out practice plans and strategies with basketball and baseball teams consisting of 10-20 players.
-Cultivate relationships with each individual player through weekly scheduled meetings.
-Contact local newspapers and television stations to report scores and player statistics.
-Plan and carry out an organized list of team rules for each player and parent to sign before the beginning of each season.
