Started the Certification process for all staff and eventually became a Platinum Elite GM Dealership (highest rating available) through sales and service earning the dealership a quarterly bonus in excess of $30k per quarter. Set records for number of vehicles sold and broke my own records along the way. Turned a store on the verge of Bankruptcy into a profitable dealership now still in business today.
