At Innovative Field Services (IFS), I have held several positions. As a compliance coordinator I would contact assigned contractors to receive updates on work orders, communicate with multiples clients, send multiple emails with requests to clients and work with team members. As a recruiter, I use multiple search engines to locate and contact perspective contractors to join our team in areas where coverage is needed. Duties:

Over the course of 5 years with Environmental Services I was moved from position to position starting as the receptionist. During this time I answered multiple phone lines, directed calls to appropriate parties, emailed, faxed, scanned and filed. I also wrote occasional proposals for my supervisor. I was then switched over to accounts receivables where I learned the billing system. I would invoice customers, make work orders for jobs to be performed, call for collections, process monthly statements, and obtain credit information to be able to process payments over the internet. While the company expanded they were in need of a dispatcher to manage a fleet of trucks. I dispatched a fleet of about 10 trucks a day. I would set up the work that was to go out the next day as well as collect the work that was completed. I kept track of how many gallons each truck brought into the facility and converted that to pounds. I kept a spreadsheet (excel), which calculated percentages of product brought in. I worked with the scheduling department and called customers to determine whether or not we were able to service a particular account. The company then transferred over to new software which was a paper-less software. Drivers needed to see me to upload and download transactions. I watched drivers all day on an internet based GPS system. Through this company we used intercoms and Microsoft outlook to communicate with other staff members. All letters and proposals were written through Microsoft word and all data was processed through Microsoft Excel.
