Clinical Data Analyst/Clinical Performance Business Analyst

Summary:

The Clinical Performance Business Analyst (CPBA) role is responsible for timely and accurate development, preparation, analysis, and communication of results, of reports that are within purview of the HSCSN Quality and Accreditation Department or otherwise are assigned. The CPBA operationalizes clinical data to support improvement in clinical and operational processes. Additionally, the CPBA contributes to development of strategies that connect data flows with business outcomes. This includes forecasting and interpreting trends in population health, utilization, care management, quality indicators, and provider performance. The CPBA creates documentation that describes the flow of data from data set to its final output format, in accordance with policies set forth for the Data Management area. The CPBA works collaboratively with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

•Identify appropriate sources for data or information internally or externally.

•Ability to design database systems, analyze and maintain existing databases and implement new features
