Special Investment Projects (2013-2015)

Responsible for select strategic company/owner/HITT Family Office, company acquisitions, owner investments, HITT joint ventures and HITT 401(k) Committee member.

Corporate Treasurer and CFO. (2007-2013)

Responsible for all finance, accounting and treasury, including all investments and bank accounts, owner corporate disbursements, all owner personal real estate and investment accounting. Finance and accounting for this privately held real estate investment banking firm with responsibility for 280 partnerships having total capitalization of $1.2 billion and $259 million of equity invested. Directly responsible for acquisition, finance, treasury, tax and funds flow.

FIRST WINTHROP CORPORATION, Boston, MA 1984-1986

Assistant Treasurer

Responsible for 11 large public and private commercial real estate partnerships having total capitalization of $1.5 billion and $710 million of equity invested. Total partnership ownership consisted of 10 million sq. ft of commercial property located in 5 major cities. Responsible for all treasury and accounting functions, including movement of all funds between lenders, management agents and equity partners. Prepared S.E.C. registration statements, 10K’s, 10Q’s, tax returns, K-1’s and financial statements. Designed and implemented computer systems for treasury, accounting, property management, cash flow and budgeting.

URBAN INVESTMENT & DEVELOPMENT CO., Boston, MA (an Aetna real estate entity) 1981-1984

Responsible for a $600 million, mixed-use real estate development. The 3.5 million sq. ft.
