Supports diverse student population by leading small-group and individual intervention classes for English Language Learners. In addition, supports the general education classrooms with push-in support for English Language Learners. Administering and analyzing appropriate assessments and using the results to inform instructional next steps. Proficient in administering upper/primary DRAs, WAPT, WIDA Access for ELLs, and other assessment tools.

Trainer Served several years as a member of the FCPS/GMU ESOL Assessment team, led by Teddi Predaris (FCPS), and Dr. Lorraine Valdez-Pierce (GMU). Provided turn-around training to school staffs across FCPS regarding Reading, Writing Listening and Speaking rubrics, which were used for end of year assessments. Turn-around also training provided to teachers following ESOL Lead Teacher Meetings.
School-Based Leader Served as a leader at Little Run Elementary on the following committees: Patrol Sponsor, Real Men Read, FLE/HGD lead mentor and teacher, ESOL lead teacher, FAC, Social Committee Chair, Co-Sponsor for Family Literacy Night,
