Duties and Responsibilities

Effectively followed all company rules, guidelines, and HSSE practices and procedures.

Obtained all necessary permit (eCPW, PTW), and conducted Tool Box Talk on daily basis before commencing at work, and coordinates with other departments that may be involve in the job task.

Authorized permit holder and act as a Performing Authority, review documents and validates JSA and Method of Statements submitted by the contractors.

Performed routine checks, inspection, troubleshooting, and calibration of instruments like level, flow, and pressure transmitter, control valves, MOVs, solenoid valves, all types of switches and gauges, in potable water pump skids, sewage water pumping station, and fire water system like level, flow, pressure transmitter, switches, gauges.

Conduct routine maintenance and functional test of equipment and confirm all the signals and action in the PLC panels and in the SCADA system are correct as per design and approve by operation.

Continuous monitoring, control, and operation of BMS System, including calibration of instrument related equipment in the chiller plant and package unit air conditioning. - (YORK Chiller, Petra Package Unit)

Validation and calibration of instrument as per OEM and keep calibration reports.

Trained and authorized to perform maintenance, operate, configure and inspection of fire alarm panels (Simplex and Autonica)

Carried out inspection and regular checks of Fire & Gas System, Fire Suppression System, Fire Fighting System in accordance to statutory procedure and company standard.

Performed functional test of fire & gas devices and components on a regular basis to ensure the system are compliant with the regulation. Record all reports in CMMS/SAP.

Supervised the maintenance staff and participated in preventive and corrective maintenance of fire alarm devices including calibration and functional test of smoke detector, heat detector, flammable gas detector, toxic gas detector, HSSD, VESDA, fire suppression system (FM200, Novec, CO2 system) and sprinkles system.

Performed inspection and functional test of fire water pumps, (EATON and FIRETROL) main control panels, fire hydrants, hose reels, sprinklers, and all sensing and instrument connected to the system. Record all maintenance and inspection report in SAP/CMMS.

Responded to emergency call outs, and repair faults immediately.

Properly documented all maintenance reports including PM/CM activities, replacement of parts, calibration reports and update in CMMS/SAP.
