2 Year as Accounts Receivable Clerk: Keying in credits against the debit
using a bill number.
20 Years Accounts as Payable Clerk: Assigning a vendor number, applying
accounting and checking for duplicate payments.
Reconciling invoices and purchase orders that didn’t pay.
Issuing credit memo’s where applicable.
3 Years Inventory as Control Clerk: Keying in source documents that credited
material in and out or repairs and returns. Worked daily print out that
adjusted the material inventory system.
3 Years as Payroll Clerk: I held the Direct Deposit which signed employees up
for Direct Deposit and moved money around to saving accounts and loans, Tax
Clerk which distributed 1099's to vendors and changed deductions for
employees, Insurance clerk which managed insurance benefits for employees.
8 Years as Bookkeeper which brought in cash from Corporate Accounts and
disbursed money to various departments to pay bills and etc. Made journal
entries and reconciled accounts.
4 Years as Data Entry Operator which keyed in source documents from the
various departments.
1 Year as a train dispatcher.

Two years of college that included 2 semesters of accounting and 2 semesters of computer programming.
Various company classes on software and programming.
I have a good working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and VBA which automates the different environments in Microsoft Office.
I can code in Visual Basic and Visual C++.
About me;
I have always taken any job I have very serious because I know it’s a reflection on me.

I enjoy Accounts Payable but I am willing to work Receivables as well.
