Activities include: writing hand Thank You notes and including current materials (Success story, Program overviews etc.) signing and sending 1200 holiday cards, phone call and email communication. Strategy and program created by tiering donors based on Wealth Engine review. An individualized comprehensive engagement program was implemented for each tier.
