ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Build Standard Operating Policies, Procedures, Process maps for on-boarding, off-boarding, payroll, insurance, trade license and permits

Assess processes and SOP to reduce rework, improve quality and efficiency, deliver desired services Estimate, forecast and anticipate requirements, trends and variances using reports and surveys Draft and evaluate Service Level Agreements (SLA) for the group and joint ventures Define and reform the SOP manual for all the processes relating to the business Present budget inputs, Update HR metrics on employee and family visa cost Monitor the process compliance with the set Service Level Agreement Lead system upgrade with VAT requirements, optimize and implement data processes and systems Partner with IT, finance, HR, JDE, Payroll, vendor for application and portal development/ enhancement System interface with Taleo, JDE, ECM, civilsoft, EMS, EOS. Detail the business case, approval, prepare test cases, UAT testing, provide feedback, sign off for the deployment & post-implementation support Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, providing company information, opportunities and benefits; maintaining rapport

Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, examining responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements

Oversee employee insurance, reimbursements, company’s insurance policies, PII, workmen and property Resolve the queries from the team, employees and joint venture Develop training material and provide training. Assist the local and regional team remotely Formulate standard and customized HRSS reports for the team, business, audit, HR Analyze monthly KPIs to help team heads better their team Create and publish the content for GII Capital, HRSS portal and intranet In charge of the DIFC portal activities, PO box, management update, admin, IT and ad-hoc services Lease agreements, office planning, property viewing Responsible for master data integrity and data quality Set up a centric document control office for HR Shared Services Liaise with different functions to define the process, checklists and forms Organize operational services (visas/wp) to legalize the staff, boost operational procedures Action visa requests, labour contract & work permit for expats, UAE & GCC National Notify the stakeholders of current rules and changes in processes or procedures Issue Arabic letters to staff for various purposes as required Ensure exit formalities, cancellation forms, staff repatriation.
