Recruited to lead and manage the regional Talent Acquisition team and deliver a “best in class” recruitment experience to stakeholders. Promoted into a global leadership role, reporting into the Global Head of Talent Attraction & Learning, managing an expanding team and executing on senior level searches.

●Developed and implemented talent acquisition strategies for the following client base: Global Corporate Affairs & CMO, People Team, CFO Org, Audit & Risk, Legal, Compliance, and the Technology Solutions Group to attract top-tier candidates, build diverse slates and meet hiring goals for mid-senior to Managing Director level roles.

●Delivered comprehensive and personalized business leader support for C-suite and their hiring managers, acting as a strategic partner and advisor. Specialized in conducting searches and confidential roles at the executive level implementing a white glove in house “retained search” model reducing external agency fees by 75% in 2022 & 2023.

●Spearheaded the adoption of innovative diversity sourcing strategies, including revamping social media posts, targeted searches, market mapping, adopting new referral programs and adding niche job boards, diversity partnerships & talent mapping tools resulting in a more comprehensive and diversity-focused candidate pipeline.

●Partnered with business leaders, people business partners and global head of TA to review and deliver on hiring plans. ●Established regional talent acquisitions teams to deliver on a new hub-based global TA approach ensuring that the teams were well-versed in local hiring practices and cultural nuances. The hub strategies resulted in double digit hiring growth for 4 consecutive years in the LatAm region and hiring 160 new dedicated technologists in a 6-month timeline to significantly reduce external consulting costs.

●Leveraging Talent Acquisition Power BI Dashboards & Talent Insight tools, implemented quarterly business reviews and monthly updates to track recruitment performance and provide insights to global stakeholders and leadership teams to enable data-based decision making and continuous improvement.

●Designed and implemented new team KPI’s, objectives and SLAs aligned with People Team Leadership goals, ensuring transparency, and maintaining consistent reviews of performance. Within 3 years, realized 40% improvement in time to hire, 97% candidate acceptance rate, and reduced aged requisitions to 4% (compared to 18% firmwide).
