Job Duties & Technologies:
Cheryl's Job duties include answering phone calls, Admission, ensuring that call bells are being heard. All the information that was received was inputted into the EPIC system that is where we kept all the patient records. Cheryl would ensure to update the nurses board for shift changes, retrieve medication on times that nurses needed any help, keep the unit cleaned and organized
Work Load:
Workload was heavy being that we would keep track of the call bells patients coming and going, and patient records and transfers

Cheryl's quality of work was awesome she is very organized and attentive to see what's going on in the unit and all around very professional
