LETTER OF CONSIDERATION

MY name is Richelle nelson, I’m applying for the manager position on the FirstNet project (GROUP LEADER). Being apart of this project and company has been graceful journey I have been appreciated for him hard work and that is something what I have always lack from my previous work environment. Why do I want to become a manager? Due to me being apart of the ESCALATION TEAM I have been able to observe a lot of progress and non- progress being done on the floor, our main issue is the agents lacking the policy information and feeling as if they cant engage with their managers, I have been able to take notes on each of the managers on the floor and they each have a character of what make them a leader for there group (1.organization, 2.knowledge,3.engagment /entertainment, 4. Always determine to get the correct if for the his/her team ) each of these skill are what each manager has on the floor and I plan on combining these skill to become a successful manager on the floor .

If I’m not able to get this position one day there will be a opening for the next position and hope I will get the opportunity again, THANK YOU .

RICHELLLE NELSON
