I have been working for the district from late December till May when school was let out for the Summer. A substitute is not allowed to teach Summer School.

All projects involved doing HAP load calculations to confirm the load required for each space and the lead engineer confirmed all calculations and approved all projects. This was a contract position.

While owning my own business, my company participated in these types of projects:
Installed 7 HVAC systems for a local orphanage
Remodeled 7 floors in the 5/3 main office tower which also included the new bank vault and the executive floor of the bank. System included setting a rooftop unit and installing 39 VAV boxes.
Preformed work in over two dozen banking centers and bankmarts. Also included lighting retrofits to banking centers in their drive-thru areas; installed an energy-management system in a Portsmouth, OH main office for the whole 5 story building.
On Design build projects we undertook it was required for us to perform load calculations for the space to renovated or built.
Improvements to recently installed Johnson Facilitator energy management system located in a 4 story building owned by 5/3 Bank in Northern KY Including additional controls to totally automate the system so there would not be the need to have an onsite operator to maintain discharge temperatures of the air handlers for example. Description of other improvements upon request.
Designed and Installed 50 Camera security system for another contractor at a Burlington Coat Factory in Detroit Mi.
Sold Trane, Carrier, York, and Westinghouse HVAC systems, up to 15 ton package rooftop units.

Worked and eventually headed the team to install the CSI INET System 7700 Energy Management System in the 5/3 Banking Center Complex in Downtown Cincinnati. I was the sole programmer during the time and I headed the controls installation team. Designed and built control systems for lighting, HVAC, fire protection, and alarms using various energy management systems containing analog, digital, and communication circuits up to 3000 points.
Electronic Technician:
Performed layout, design, etching, and wiring of printed circuit boards. Built and installed computer systems including communications wiring. For a time in the mid-80’s, worked for Restor Communications. Duties included repairing central office equipment such as microwave circuit boards and C.O. switching grids
Commercial and Industrial Electrician:
Designed layout blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and ladder diagrams. I installed various types of wiring. Maintained inventory and ordered materials to complete jobs in progress. I performed layout, assembly, and wiring of electrical main and sub-panels and motorized carriers.
