Transport / Fleet Supervisor
DUTIES PERFORM
1.Develop effective Transport Operational policies and procedures in line with ISO.
2. Ensure company Health and safety policies is followed by the Vehicle Operators /drivers.
3. Organize safety tools box meeting at company to mechanical staff and drivers.
4. Prepare and closing of journey plane for route conformance.
5.Train drivers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
6. Perform or supervise in daily trucks or equipment’s inspection before dispatch.
7. Scheduled preventive maintenance plan to ensure its followed.
8. Timely supervise or Servicing of Vehicles such as oil, filter, air cleaner change.
