North America MedTech Group (NAMG) provides software solutions to the hospital systems. The software applications they build are to benefit the patients, hospital management, and healthcare providers (doctors) & Healthcare Industry.

This project is about implementing an automated claim adjudicating system for Insurance Client’s policy holders, general users & Health care professionals. As a BA, I was a part of the first release (implementation of claim intake process). The Main Actors of the intake process were Members, Heath Care Providers & Bank.

Responsibilities:

Conducted Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions for communicating with all project sponsors & stakeholders.

Planned and conducted requirements elicitation meetings with the client and stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements relating to client's Salesforce technology enhancement and initiatives.

WorkTnE project is about developing an application that focuses on facilitating invoicing of clients for contracted work hours, enables managers to view progress of projects and provide detail utilization reports with bill rates and costs. In this project I performed the duties of a Business Analyst. I was also a Business Development Manager and performed Business Development responsibilities for RJT, before transitioning into Business Analyst role.
