SCOPE OF WORK

* Statutory Compliance, General Administration & Liaisoning Works

A. Statutory Compliance : Projects

1. Responsible for making of various Licenses under the Contract

Labour Act, 1970, the Building & Other Construction Workers Act,

1996 & the Inter-State Migrant Workman Act, 1976 of Central & State

Governments.

2. Responsible for comply of other Acts related to every projects such

as:-

(a) The Minimum Wages Act, 1948..

(b) The Equal Remuneration Act, 1979.

The Bonus Act, 1965.

(d) The Workmen Compensation Act, 1923.

(e) The Employers Provident Fund & Misc.Act, 1952.

(f) The Employees State Insurance Act, 1958

3. Responsible for day to day activities with site executives viz.

maintaining of various compliance registers related to above acts

etc., taking of Site Safety Measures, Submission of various Annual and

Half Yearly Returns to respective labour offices and in the office of

the Principal Employer, Co-ordination with Labour Officer during their

visit at site for inspection of various compliance registers, safety

equipments, Appearing in various labour cases in CJM Office, Session

Courts, various authorities etc.

4. Responsible for closure of projects related to various compliances.

B. Statutory Compliance : Office

1. Responsible for Registration of Office Premises under the Shops &

Commercial Establishment Act, 1958.

a) Responsible for comply of various compliance registers under the

above act.

b) Responsible for submission of monthly returns, act as per of

Employees' State Insurance Act, 1952, the Employees' Provident

Fund & Misc.Fund Act, 1952, the Bonus Act, 1965, the Workmen

Compensation Act, 1923, follow safety norms as per Safety Policy

etc.

2. Responsible for day to day activity in office premises as well as

co-ordination with respective labour offices.

3. Responsible for renewal of Certificate of Registration under above

act.

C. General / Office Administration

1. Responsible for days to day administration, co-ordination with

house keeping staff, co-ordination with various officer vendors,

Monitoring with vehicle agencies, Transportation/Arrangement of

vehicles for Senior and Junior employees, maintaining of office

discipline and harmony, safety measures, conduct domestic

enquiries, taking of disciplinary actions, Maintaining of Office

Welfare and other Personnel & Administration Works.

2. Responsible for Office & Site Security:

a) Fulfilling and co-ordination with various sites, central godown

& office for fulfilling of various security personnels viz

Security Guards, Gun-Man & Supervisors etc.

b) Making their Work Orders and comply as per the Work Orders.

c) Monitoring of day to day activities of all security

personnel's, engaged at various sites and offices premises.

3. Responsible for Office & Site Vehicles

a) Day to day coordination with site/office vendors, who are

dealing with vehicles of Office and Sites.

b) Making their Work that how they comply day to day activities.

4. Responsible for Office & Site Guest Houses

a) Arranging Staff Quarters/Guest Houses for Bachelor and Family

accommodations.

b) Making proper Lease/Rent agreements with House Owners.

c) Co-ordination with various house owners in office as well as

sites for rent, various expenses like electricity, water and

other misc.taxes etc.

d) Tracking records of Guest House, Family Accommodation and

Godowns etc.

e) Other misc works related to Guest Houses.

D. Liaisoning Works

a) Responsible for various change of names other RTO related works

with respective officers.

b) Responsible and taking care of various office vehicles such as

change of name, number plate or change of name.

c) Various Liaisioning works with various Govt. Officials,

Ministries, Electricity and Water Departments, PF Office, Local

Police Stations, Registered Offices.

d) Responsible for various types of VISA of various embassies with

proper documentations etc.

e) Day to day co-ordinations with various Central and State

Government Officials.

f) Inter-Personnel Relationships with various Government Agencies,

Local Authorities and other departments.

g) Realigned several administrative departments to make them work

more efficiently independently and together.

h) Drafting several corporate policies, Note Sheets etc that cut

down on administrative overlap on day to day basis.

i) Negotiated several outsourcing contracts that allowed the

company to focus on its core competencies.

j) Worked with human resources to help new employees for re-

scheduling new working culture/environment at office and site

level and maintain harmony.

k) Collaborated with all department managers to help them in

various activities and remove overlapping responsibilities and

unnecessary positions.

l) Reduced the need for redundant paperwork and procedures.

m) Responsible for safety related audit which related to lease

properties etc.

n) Other day to day related works etc.
