Managed 150+ Statements of Work and 5 Vendor Offshore Development Centers. Technology point person to Global Procurement for the Third-Party Governance program.

Mitigated Risk of the Vendor footprint.

oManaged Vendor performance to contracted standards and structured governance framework including data protection measures and Offshore Development Center Security Controls.

oWorked with Engagement Managers and Vendors to reduce business risk and create remediation plans for potential loss of Vendor resources (ie. Visa expiration, resource replacement, international holidays, system and facility outages, protests, etc.).

oWorked with Legal Department to ensure corporate data protection in compliance with regulations such as data flows between countries.

Reduced cost of Cognizant services 12%. Vendor’s 125 engagements were costing $100M annually. Saved $12M through aligning of resource seniority accurately with projects.

Renegotiated Cognizant and Wipro MSA’s, saving an estimated $15M annually. Researched industry standard pricing and moved some tasks to lower-priced resources. Negotiated lower onshore / offshore costs.

Reined in rising print costs and saved $465K annually. Over time, print costs had increased. Analyzed thousands of print jobs. Terminated those no longer needed.

Minimized overall risk of UDT’s. Ensured bank wide compliance with Federal mandated risk mitigation directives governing 55,000 UDTs (User Developed Technology) and produced management level progress reporting.

Migration of JP Morgan Chase Corporate Trust Business to BNY. Developed a plan to move and integrate hundreds of JP Morgan applications to BNYM. Completed move seamlessly, without client impact.
