MERCK RISE Program RISE Team Coach/Scrum Master 2/1/23 –7/7/23

Managed the deployment of the INSIGHTS phase of the RISE Program. We used JIRA as the management tool. This was a vendor product deployed to 2 business areas. Managed the vendor on deliverables as Scrum Master with Daily Tech Sync, Iterations, Backlog Refinement, user demos, Iteration Retrospectives and user demonstrations. I developed and implemented the Deployment plans to each environment, both interim releases and major production releases. Final Production release was June 23, 2023.

MERCK Regulatory Scrum Master/ Release Train Engineer 9/21 –2/1/23

Scrum Master for Regulatory Submissions work stream and Release Train Engineer. We created a Change Control Board which I helped create and was a member. We held daily SCRUMS and 4-week Sprints with Releases and managed the scums using JIRA. This is a continuous release program for 5 regulatory applications. We used all of the Scrum Tools including JIRA and Teams. I managed Development, BA, Release and Testing teams from US, India, Czech Republic, Ukraine and Russia. During this time, we also migrated our applications to the Cloud (AZURE)

Pfizer Release Train Engineer (Scrum Master) 8/1/21-8/31/21

On a short consultation, I was engaged to advise the Scrum Master for a Medical Device program using JIRA Align.

MERCK Software/Infrastructure Program Manager 10/20 –7/21

Scrum Master (KANBAN) for global development and replacement of MERCK’s Content Management system using Open Text’s DOCUMENTUM system. Managed vendors Open Text, SV&T (SIT) and Hyland (Read Only Portal). Installed entire new infrastructure to support new system. Used Agile methodology and Scrum. Managed all aspects of the project and coordinated with the businesses for integration and migration. Maintained the Project Plans, RAID Logs, backlogs, budgets, Testing and training. Managed the Change Management part of the project for user training and acceptance. Managed 3 Conference Room Pilots. Daily scrums held with Developers and Vendors.

Glaxo SmithKline (4th contract) Regional Sr Technical Change Manager (Americas) 10/19 –10/20

Change Manager for North and South America for Glaxo and Pfizer’s Consumer Health Joint Venture for all of the OTC portfolio. All 6,000+ Pfizer’s Consumer Health employees were transferred to GSK employees. Aside from moving staff, moved the businesses as well - Infrastructure, R&D, Sales, ERP, BI, Data Disposition and Digital content among many other aspects of the business. Deployed Office 365 to all transferred Pfizer employees in EMEA, APA and North and South America. I was responsible for all Communications, training and business coordination for North and South America as well as being the liaison between GSK Tech and Pfizer IT. Deployed a complete virtual working package for transferred employees including hardware, mobile phones and software which will remain in place following the pandemic.

Instem/leadscope Due Diligence Portfolio Manager 8/19-11/19

Managed the Due Diligence as part of the Executive Governance Team for the acquisition of Leadscope by Instem. Worked directly with the “C” level executives and outside counsel for both companies. Reviewed clinical processes and FDA compliance records. Scheduled document production coordinated outside counsel on both corporations and collected technical and commercial data. Managed all communications with Analysts and all vendors and clients for both corporations. The deal went public in mid-November after I completed the Due Diligence Project.

FMC SAP Change Manager/Scrum Master 4/19 – 8/19

Contracted to get the global SAP HANA application development project back on track and introduce

AGILE principles for 32 countries. Assembled the Project Plan and Leadership Presentations, Transform

the way we engage patients and physicians by pioneering new approaches that increase our promotional ROI

by 50% functional specification finalization and handover, daily scrum, development check points,

development handover, UAT, production handover, Client Demo, and Lessons Learned.

Arkema Scrum Master 4/18-12/18

Consulted to manage a Digital Transformation project for application development (Agile SAFe, JIRA)

and deployment phases of the Warehouse Management module of SAP to automate Arkema’s plant in

Louisville, KY using a test-driven methodology. Implemented AGILE methodology to the Company and

functioned as Scrum Master. Also managed the Change Management aspect of the project which

impacted all the warehouse employees. Used SharePoint and MS Team Foundation Server

(TFS) to manage these projects. Also managed an SAP assessment for Arkema’s 2 plants in Mexico.

This involved conducting workshops with all the businesses and Mexico staff for gap analysis and

requirements gathering as well as developing a detailed draft deployment plan.

Glaxo SmithKline (3rd contract) Portfolio Manager - Data Center Migration 1/17–11/17

Managed five Infrastructure and DATA migrations using AGILE/Kan Ban processes of over 11,000 file shares and VMware from the Research Triangle Park data center to the Global Data Center facilities and Google CLOUD as part of the RTP closure project. Taught Kan Ban methodology to be used going forward by the staff. About one third of the virtual systems were migrated to the Cloud (Google). Wave planning and prioritization were made using migration tools. Also managed three migrations of over 200 physical servers coaching Agile principles for each sprint and an upgrade to Office 365. Managed the disposition of assets following the de-commissioning of the North Carolina data center. Managed teams of 10 employees and contractors for each move.

Vanguard Portfolio Consultant 7/15–12/16

Consulted to create universal standards for the Vanguard PMO and implemented program changes serving as a Portfolio Manager. Introduced Agile methodology, coached the PM’s and set standards. Served as Advisor for the Network discovery phase of Vanguard’s Data Center Infrastructure Transformation and Disaster Recovery program. Held 2 fail over exercises between existing Data Centers as a precursor to migrating those Data Centers to new locations and the Cloud (AWS) for improved data security and Disaster Recovery 15planning. Worked with and managed external vendors – IBM and TCS.

Altisource (Full Time Employee) Transformation Director, DR Director 2/14–4/15

As a full-time Director as part of the Executive Governance and Transformation Team, Direct report to the CEO,

hired and managed a team of 60 people, with six direct reports including 2 senior Project Managers; also directed

a global team of over 100 business application owners in the US and India to add critical programs not previously

covered in the Infrastructure disaster program. Planned and managed the acquisition of assets for the development

of a data center to support the expanding business. Negotiated with hardware, software and real estate vendors.

Managed implementations of Altisource systems to several external enterprises as part of my Business

transformation plan. Managed the Office 365 deployment and annual Disaster Recovery exercise. Previously,

managed the Agile SAP development using Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence. This was Office 365 deployment,

built out the Cloud (Google Cloud) for applications, and developed and created a B2B capability to enable the company

to increase its client base. The portfolio contained 193 IT infrastructure and SDLC projects including software development projects including CA PPM, VEEVA, Cognos and QlikView among several businesses.

Migrated the Corporate Data Center to a new location and also to the Cloud for fail over.

SunGard AS Portfolio Manager, Sales Operations 10/13–5/14

Responsible for the migration of Sales Operations’ portfolio of 20+ simultaneous projects for external corporations to the Cloud (AWS). Reported to the VP Sales. Created and managed the PMO for the division, as well as for served as PM all Salesforce.com, B2B, BI and eCommerce projects. Clarity was the principal tool we used. Also served as launch manager for clients and products. Provided leadership on decisions on vendor selection and architecture.

Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Clinical Regulatory Submissions PM (Agile/Scrum) 10/12–9/13

Formerly Wyeth, this was my 2nd engagement with this client. Managed Regulatory Compliance Software Development (GDPR) projects for clinical trials (phase 3) to bring Pfizer into accord with European reporting requirements and to automate the process going forward. Assisted in the development of software to extract data from internal clinical systems, including Clarity, SQL Server, Oracle, C#, Qlik View, JIRA, VEEVA and SharePoint. Revitalized the Medical Technology delivery process and acted as pilot for new SDLC processes. Led in determining project risks and mapping mitigation plans.

GSI Commerce/eBay (Employee) PMO Change Controller 1/12–10/12

As part of the acquisition of GSI Commerce by eBay, functioned in a combination role encompassing eCommerce launch management for 26 web projects for external retail corporations including SONY, Timberland and other large retailers. Served on the Executive Board for the acquisition. Portfolio Manager for all launch projects. Managed a team of 15 project managers in two lines of business, with a total portfolio of more than 50 simultaneous projects, among which were 11 sales software launch projects for 11 external clients and coached the developers on Scrum, conducted an Office 365 deployment, managed coding using JIRA, UAT, Confluence, Disaster Recovery and post-production support.
