I am a caring and supportive caregiver whose responsibility is to provide high-quality care and support service through compassionate assistance, dedication to duty, friendliness, and putting safety first. A care assistant job has set me above my colleagues. However, I have gained valuable experience in PMVA Training, Manual Handling Training, Mental Health Training, COSHH Training, Anaphylaxis and Sepsis Training. The trainings have various in caring Out my duties as a nursing assistant and to reduce the likelihood of violence and aggression in the various wards. I have worked in within the Nursing homes and live in care as a Support Worker. It has also helped me in developing my knowledge, skills like Caring, Empathy, Confident, Communication, Documentation, and ways to manage the services. Having worked with Step in Care Limited and Osoba Care Home. I am used to their engagements policy, and it has helped in performing my duties during recording and documentation. I am an excellent team player; I see myself achieving the overall goal of the company. We can achieve this if we all work together with the same vision.

However, since the goal is to reduce the intensity of aggression and violence within services by implementing preventive measures, Communication, Empathy and Team members are skills, and de-escalation with patients. I have walked alongside many mentally diagnosed patients as they make their way towards recovery. I look forward to work with a team of professionalism whose core value is to provide good quality healthcare services.
