Launched automated records import processes from SFTP to Zoho Creator using Zoho API 2.0, OAuth and PHP scrips. Zoho Creator applications lowered records storage hosting costs by 90% annually. • In 2017 led a team of developers and subject matter experts to define and build SaaS based web platform for Touchstone Institute Registrations operations. Selected Zoho Creator/Deluge platform and built the new online exams registration system. • Oversaw deployment of secure VPN solution leveraging Fortinet enterprise security appliance with TLS1.3 inspection and IPS. Led Office 365 and Microsoft 365 Enterprise deployment, migration of on premise Exchange to Exchange Online along with Azure AD integration for single sign-on and multi-factor authentication.
