•CALSONIC – Led in the implementation of a new ERP system. Primary responsibilities included the identification of critical path tasks and ensuring their priority.

BRIDGESTONE-FIRESTONE INC. - AUGUST 2010 – DECEMBER 2014

•Led entire creation and management of the new IT business alignment team. This team carried out 15 projects with a total budget of $16M. The result: a significant increase in ability of the company to measure and manage the IT infrastructure projects.

•Acted as component lead in implementing one of the components related to Accounts Payable imaging and workflow with SAP The result: Accounts Payable can go to a paperless environment, saving incalculable time and money.

•Replaced the current Enterprise Project and Portfolio management tool with MS Server 2010, serving as team lead. The result: a common state-of-the-art platform to manage and report the status of each of the projects under management.

•Led modification of an SAP component that allowed payroll records to be managed with a new graphical user interface. The result: savings of a great deal of time and money over the old process.

NISSAN NORTH AMERICA - MARCH 2010 – AUGUST 2010

•Led the project evaluating the usefulness of a newly designed global SDLC methodology. The result: adoption of a common platform to manage and report the status of all projects.

DYNAMIC RESEARCH CORPORATION - 2008 – MARCH 2010

Technical/Program Manager

•Technical Manager for the State-wide Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS) in coordination with DRC and the State of Tennessee, a $23M budget, team of 150, an effort of 250K person- hours.

•Served as project lead in designing and developing a new J2EE application consisting of an integrated component design that included Mobile Computing, Document Imaging, Address Validation, GIS, and Identify Search Server. The result:

each caseworker’s time and efficiency improved as the agency used these new features.

•Developed and designed reporting tools in leading teams in Nashville, TN, Columbus, OH and 2 sites in India. The result: agency ability to deliver to senior executives new reporting data that were not available previously.

•Served as project lead in the conversion of the existing mainframe database to a 3-tiered architectural design. The result: client data was cleaner and better utilized by the business users.

STATE OF TENNESSEE - 2005 to 2008

•Drove the simultaneous deployment of a new, web-based Title & Registration System, Driver’s License System and CRASH data collection system for the Dept. of Safety, Dept. of Revenue, and the Governor’s Highway Safety Office.

•Led the design and development of a brand-new web-based Title and Registration System. The result: features for the agency included a Point-of- Sale functionality.

•Directed, as team leader, the design and development of a new web-based CRASH system for the Department of Safety. The result: improved decision-making by senior agency executives, using timely, accurate and reliable critical accident data.

ERIE INSURANCE GROUP - 2004 - 2005

Project Manager

•Implemented annuity products for the Life Insurance division ($7M budget, 30-member team) and simultaneously led implementation of a $1M lead generation system for the Marketing division)

•Retrofitted the system’s Life Insurance mainframe system, leading the team that enabled it to manage interest-sensitive annuity products. The result: increased company performance and profitability.

•Handled Vendor management responsibilities during this project with an outside firm. The result: accurate cost control, with work managed to equate to the invoices received.

CNA LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY - 1998 – 2004
