Duties include reviewing Medicaid charts for Level of Care determining medical necessity and length of stay approval based on the chart review. Also, completed PASRR reviews for state contracts secured by the above company and determined if a Level II review is required due to major mental illness or intellectual disabilities/related conditions. 7/2011 – 8/2013 Southern Health Partners, Chattanooga TN Correctional nursing at Williamson County Jail, Franklin, TN. Duties included Supervision of 5 LPN’s, scheduling, chart audits weekly and quarterly, budget and position control, daily, weekly, and monthly reports, assess and treat per protocol for inmate sick call, answered complaints to satisfaction of both parties, oversee care of 400+ inmates on a daily basis, assist MD, call 24/7 and title of Medical Team Administrator.
