Planned, organized, and directed the training of 40 Army ROTC Cadets with regards to their well-being, development as an Officer, and leader in the United States Army.
Trained over 120 Cadets in a virtual environment by developing a practical exercise from scratch in less than two weeks.
Evaluated new Cadets abilities and commitment to the Army, resulting in contracting twelve new students into the Army ROTC.
Advised Cadets when determining semester credit hours to provide an accurate graduation date and realistic assessment of their academic plan.
Increased the size of the SDSU Army ROTC during second year in program by working with school officials to further our sphere of influence.

Responsible for the training, management, discipline, and combat readiness of 205 soldiers and accountable for $62 million of equipment.
Directed and led the restructure of the organization’s maintenance area resulting in a 40% decrease in time required to deploy.
Directed and prepared the turn in of $15 million of excess Army equipment resulting in recognition from the Deputy Commanding General.
