Officer in Charge of UUV Flotilla ONE deployment team during Joint Multi-National Operations Nanook Arctic Cooperation demonstrating exceptional adaptability in conducting UUV operations in an austere environment concluding with recieving the Meritorious Unit Commendation.

Led life-cycle execution, systems design/integration, and documentation of unmanned underwater vehicles (UUV) and support system maintenance/testing requirements at the depot, intermediate, and organizational levels.

• Completed a CPI Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification finishing two projects including the stand-up of a new IT repair shop and the realignment of work procedures between different entities for maximum efficiency yielding annual savings of 48,000 man-hours and $65,000.
