Millennium Group-USAA, San Antonio, TX Sr. Project Advisor 08-17 to 8-18 I served as a Contractor (Sr. Project Advisor) working in the GSD organization assisting other Supplier Chain Managers at all levels with issuing Addendums, Amendments, Extensions of services and other contractual activities in building strong collaborative relationships with Business stakeholders across varies platforms to optimize return and mitigate risk for USAA. Insure compliance of policies, procedures and governance. Chatham County Courts, Savannah, GA Project Manager 02-14 to 07-16 I served as the Project Manager coordinating the implementation of a newly acquired Criminal Justice Information System that was to allow all courts access to each other documents. I worked with all 5 courts which included; Judges, Clerks and SMEs in the scheduling of training, new orientations of processes and the scheduling of meetings. I also reviewed and approved all monthly invoices for accuracy and compliance with payment schedule outlined in the contract and the milestones established. Esterline Defense Technologies, Coachella, CA Sr. Contracts Manager 08-10 to 11-13 I was responsible for all the project/contractual activity associated with the manufacturing and production of all Countermeasures product. This included but not limited to proposal development, submittal, fact- finding, negotiations, contracts administration and management and close-out. I was the sole Contracts representative for all three sites Arkansas, North Carolina and Tennessee. I handle all matters related to the contracts serving as the primary Point of contact with Procurement Contracting Officer, Defense Contracts Audit Agency, Defense Contract Management Agency and Program Manager. Serve as a representative to colleague and other members of the organization as a resource for escalated issues of an unusual nature.

Raytheon Missile Systems, Tucson, AZ Mgr. II, Project/ Supply Chain 11-07 to 06-10 I served as the primary project/contract personnel responsible for three major subcontractors whom manufacture and produce critical components for the TOW missile system. This included but not limited to proposal evaluation, factfinding, negotiations, subcontract management and administration, CDRL and SDRL requirements and close-out. I served as the primary point of contact with a signature authority of over $10M. I attended all programmatic meetings with internal and external customers relative to this product line. Travel to each subcontractor’s site to attend Program Management Reviews and site visits and production visits to ensure that all efforts were conducted in accordance with terms and conditions flowed down in the subcontracts and/or contracts.

Raytheon Company, El Segundo, CA Sr. Contracts Negotiator 09-06 to 10-07 I was a member of a Contracts/Program element of a larger organization that provided contractual support for ground navigational equipment for the US Air Force on several contractual vehicles such as IDIQ, Time and Material and Fixed Price contracts. Logistics, Program Office and performing fact findings, negotiations, and reaching mutually agreement satisfactory to both parties. Responsible for preparing the Memorandum of Negotiation documenting all detail aspects of the negotiations and obtaining approvals from both parties.
