I then after 2 seasons moved to the laundry room and was training new people starting in the laundry room. My duties in the laundry room were making sure that all laundry was cleaned and prepared per hotel regulations, and policies. I kept the manager of housekeeping department up to speed on all that was needed and happening within the laundry room. My last 2 seasons I was Housekeeping Supervisor, over seeing the housekeepers, houseman, bed-makers, and laundry room staff.
