As part of Ariba to Salesforce Migration we have developed interface to take export of Ariba data and load into Intermediate stage tables, read DW data and load into stage tables. Using those Intermediate stage tables and then loading into salesforce objects.

This has helped BCBSMA to decommission See Beyond Integration tool and move on to Informatica ETL Tool to host all its data warehouse needs.

This application is now capable to loading the data in an automated fashion to the Downstream systems.

Completely automated to:

1. Identify that a file has been uploaded in Tumbleweed server and Process the file immediately and load data to target db.

2. After loading data send notification to customers

Project Description: Acquisition Incentive Control: Acquisition Incentive control enables the CCSG and OPEN marketing to withhold incentives and bonuses/ merchandise and / or privileges associated with acquisitions based on their incentive control rules.

This also aims to ensure that all disclosure channels are updated with the necessary bonusing policy and to maintain the details so as to track the CMs who were rejected for a bonus and the reason(s) for rejection.

BIDW is expected to build/enhance reports that would show declined Card Accounts

Delta Data Transfer: As part of this project, BIDW to extract Bonus ID related data from for any new Bonus ID or any changes to existing Bonus IDs on a daily basis. On a daily basis LSC will send Delta Bonus IDs and POIDs to BIDW. BIDW will extract the distinct POIDs

from LSC Backend file and send them to Nexus. Nexus will return the campaign data for those POIDs to BIDW. Then, BIDW will process LSC Backend and Nexus data.

Marketing Execution Tools Roadmap : As part of this Metro project,

This project specifically covers targeted clients in the Top Client Group only, and does not cover all OPEN customers. The Business is targeting 3-5% of managed customer for this effort.

These offers are product agnostic and clients are targeted on spend and/or total spend opportunity. The business will be employing a variety of offers based upon specific criteria. Currently there is no automated or manual way to offer incentives to this target group

As part of this MR30 project, BIDW receives with POIDs from Sales Force and compare with the complete file (In-flight & Enrolments data) to generate an output file which will be shared with Sales Force again

A requirement was implemented to adjust the manual redemption received from MR-Business. The objective was to analyze and increase the accuracy of input data from the business.

Point Of Arrival (POA) for Electronic File Feed (EFF) is an initiative to meet the following business objectives:

-Establish a process where business can provide a more accurate data

-Establish a quicker feedback mechanism to validate EFF inputs against various business rules that need to be adhered to and only take valid data forward

-Automate sourcing of data from SOR wherever possible instead of manual input and enable audit tracking

Sourcing of data from SOR, Informatica Analyst (RTM) and File based were three forms input accepted in the order of priority listed wherever appropriate. The new version of EFF’s are being implemented in multiple releases

The ETL process (Extract, Transform and Load) consists of processing and loading of data from RIT Tables to BIS files along with MM accounts. On the first day of install, data to be provided from inception to the particular month for file generation with all statuses and delta file will be provided on subsequent months.
