To Whom It May Concern,

I have accomplished undergrad college in a number of three years; a very determined individual. I have completed all the courses to obtain a Master's degree studying Healthcare Management. I am seeking a career in the healthcare industry in the areas of data entry, administrative support, medical records, file clerk, and health information management. I am dependable, trustworthy, and a fast learner. I have been working in the medical records department for over 5 years now, and there has been a tremendous amount of experience. I am the superior of the medical facility, but I am searching for a new workplace. I have plenty of experience in the medical records departments; training new workers and working with professionals within the clinic. My bachelor's degree is in Psychology; I have learned how to help those in need, in various areas of life. While I have great experience working with individuals/patients one-one-one, I have recent experience filing, auditing charts, updating computer spreadsheets, and maintaining medical records. I really enjoy perfecting and sorting medical charts. I spend most of the day building, breaking down, scanning, and auditing medical charts. I am aware of the HIPAA regulations and I process many medical records release requests. I am concerned with the pay, schedule, benefits, training, and the management style. As far as pay, I am requesting to make at least $19 an hour. I am available to work Monday through Friday. I am concerned about the training methods at a new workplace because I want to become as efficient as possible. I would appreciate being trained at least two weeks with a person; shadowing or one-on-one. As far as any new workplace, I would like to be trained very well, for the supervisor to trust my work and judgement. In this way, I can feel trusted, relieved, and enjoy working as the appropriate HIM Specialist/Medical Records Technician worker that I am. Also, I am searching for a workplace that has benefits; medical insurance, 401K, and holiday pay. I desire to work remotely full time. I believe that this position could help enhance my skills and abilities in this healthcare/mental/ psychology industry.

Yours truly,

Devontrell Alamos
