Spartan Fabrication / January 2023 – November 2023

Inventory Specialist: Establish and maintain effective communication with each individual customer. Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations such as, inventory levels, on time delivery and production unit scheduling. Sales report and forecast, capacity planning and Production Schedules. Leading and collaborating on engineering changes, build out dates, productions transfers and cyclical reviews of customer demand against contracted capacity to avoid a risk on deliveries. Ensuring promises are met and effective communications mitigate the shortage of materials through internal and external escalations. Production plan adherence monitoring. Cost recoveries – Freight, logistic services.

Mahle Compressors plant / February 2019 – January 2023

Structural Cost Savings Project Manager and Interim PC&L Manager (2019 - 2023): Service leader to seek savings, monitor tasks and resource to ensure program timing objectives. Developing and supervising programs that allow manpower, time consuming and financial assets. Implemented standardized operating procedures in all areas resulting in improved performance.

Accomplishments: Implemented a scrap reduction program. Inventory reduction from 30 million to 5 million including in transit material. Reducing working schedules (overtime) and weekend shifts. Annual inventory from 2 million USD loss in 2019 to 6K USD in 2020.

PC&L Toyota Program Manager (2022 - 2023): Control all resources to cover the customer demand on time. Control and avoid finished good obsolescence. Coordinate shipment of products according to customer requirements, avoiding premium freight. Follow up daily production schedule, to avoid customer’s shortages and down time. Improve to and maintain 100% performance delivering rating. Keep the finished goods inventory at optimal levels.

Accomplishments: NEW routes implemented to ensure on time shipments to BC and GTO Toyota plants. Implementation of NEW distribution center to reduce Operation Cost.

Continental / January 2013 – February 2019

Customer Liaison General Supervisor (2017 - 2019): In charge of Coordinating Customer – Supplier meetings to review 8D’s activities related to Customer complaints. Response time was reduced from 14 days to 5 working days. Responsible to follow up corrective actions and read across activities. Primary contact for customers and Tier ones: Chrysler, Audi, GM and VW. Handle customer returns.

Supplier Quality Management (2013 - 2017): Responsible to launch new components and suppliers. Activities included establishment and coordination of the project timeline and activities, technical reviews, APQP process, certification as VDA.6 auditor, PPAP requirements, supplier development, and complaints follow-up. Responsible for PPAP approval. Coach and review the PPAP requirements artifacts submission. Lead audits and assessments of various supplier’s systems and processes. Responsible for data analysis to determine supplier defect reduction, conduct failure and Root Cause Analysis and Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes and implementing corrective actions. Lear Corporation / August 2010 – January 2013

Program Manager (San Lorenzo Plant): Coordination with program platforms (Hyundai and Mercedes Benz), supplier and customer engineering changes and new model launches. Meeting project objectives and focusing on flawless launches, margin improvement and timely completion. Delphi RBXX (Thermal solutions) / February 2000 – December 2004

Advanced Buyer (2000-2001): Designed global sourcing strategies for new and current models, applying benchmarking, cost modeling, total cost analysis, risk assessment; evaluated suppliers on their quality, delivery, financial and price performance, negotiated long-term contracts; supported cost improvement teams. Accomplishments: PFEP Implementation: Reduce cost inventory for all part numbers based on customer demand. Target accomplished: 3 Million USD. Scrap reduction for cover area 30% - $125,000.

VEFSA (Delphi Interior & Lighting System) / January 1994 – March 1998
